omniXM works alongside Daxko as an experience intelligence and retention layer while Daxko remains the system of record for membership and operational data.
omniXM syncs member data through API and uses that information to support churn prediction, trigger workflows, and organize experience feedback into actionable insights. The Daxko Operations integration is live, Club Automation integration is in development, and Engage Pro is planned.
This approach allows organizations to keep their membership data where it belongs while using omniXM to turn that data into earlier intervention, better recovery, and more actionable retention strategy.
