What we’ve built is an AI layer that sits on top of your existing tech stack and stitches it together. Instead of requiring a rip-and-replace, MilesCX connects into the systems clubs already use to create a 24/7 communication layer around court reservations, service requests, member support workflows, and common club questions.

The MilesCX + Daxko integration connects AI-powered member communication to real-time club data while acting as a connective layer across the broader club tech stack.
When a member sends a text to MilesCX, the AI agent identifies the sender by querying Daxko member information. It then retrieves the relevant details- such as member profile information, family member information, and court availability- and can layer in connected data from other systems to support ordering, reservations, payments, and service-related requests inside the same conversation. The integration is designed to work with existing POS systems, booking tools, apps, and partner ecosystems, helping clubs create a more unified member experience without replacing core systems.
